Revision Policy

Revisions are binding on the selected package. Clients can reach us for unlimited free changes and we will revive their design with no additional charges, given that the design and concept remain same.Revision turnaround time will be 02 days.Package revisions are as follows:

Basic: 3 Revisions
Startup: 5 Revisions
Corporate: Unlimited Revisions*
Silver: Unlimited Revisions*
Gold: Unlimited Revision*
Platinum:Unlimited Revisions*

*Unlimited revisions require that the actual design and concept have to be the intact, customer cannot ask for a redesign once an initial design and concept has been selected.

Refund Policy

In any event, any amount deposited will not be available for a refund if the actual design and concepts(after delivery) are selected, or a amendment is asked for unless KNB logos terminates or ends your Contract for a rationale other than your breach or non-execution.

All claims for refund will be as per the following structure:

You make a solicitation when the ideas for a logo are provided. However if you
select or request for amendments in the actual designs, the refund option will be null and void and a request for refund will not be entertained.

Once the work has been entered in revision phase, the refund option will be null and void and a request for refund will not be entertained.

On the other side that claim for refund is logged before the delivery of actual design concepts, then you would be eligible for a full refund (less 10% administration and preparing charge).

If the refund request is logged within 02 days, you will only qualify for a 66% refund (less 10% administration and preparing expense).

If the refund request is logged within 02-04 days after the actual design delivery, you will only qualify for a 33% refund(less 10% service& processing free).

No refund request will be undertaken after 04 days of the actual design delivery. However, we trust in 100% customer satisfaction so you are requested to reach out to so we can address your queries and concerns.

No request for refund will be processed after inaction by the client after 7 working days. If you intend to reinitiate the order, you will be charged a certain fee depending upon your venture.

No request for refund will be processed if the client become unresponsive at any point of time for 5 working days.

All refund request shall be logged to the support center. knblogos.com keeps the right to accept/reject any and all refund claims based on an individual case to case premise.

No refund will be claimed after the final files have been delivered to the client.

For Website bundles, no refund will be processed once the original design mock up has been revised.

All requests for refund must be referred to the support center. knblogos.com, in light of the application of your user agreement keeps all authority to select/object your solicitation on an individual premise.

For knblogos/Custom packages, refund will be apply just the same as on the single packages.

For instance, in the event that you request for a logo and web design and approve of the logo, you are eligible for the refund of the website service at the time of initial design only.

A refund request should have a legitimate reason which must be qualified against the outline brief and client input for revisions. Unless an idea has not been composed as per brief, a refund will not be approved however discount won’t be given however further revisions will be provided until you
are satisfied.

It is also to be noted that, under any circumstances, both parties (KNB logos & Client) agree not to attack/criticize each other and any of its employee, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks etc.) at any given time during or subsequent to contract period.

Similarly both parties agree not to talk on forums, blogs, community groups or any social media in a way which brings bad name to either party or any of its employee, associate or partner.In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by thenon-breachingparty as damages.

Where a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same job, with the intention of claiming a refund, knblogos does not consider this to be good faith. In such instances,we reserve the right to decline a refund request.

All design jobs require client input before finishing the design which is why it is requested that the customer is active throughout the process and gives feedback in order to get the required results.

How To Claim Your Refund

To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.

After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to KNB logos and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.

1. . Since the rights to design would now be transferred to knblogos, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.

2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies KNB logos would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

All design order files are delivered to “My Account” as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area.

All customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 days after receipt of order.
